The Remote Deferred Action Legal Assistant will join the Immigration department. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service and case management skills and knowledge of Deferred Action. This paralegal will participate in all aspects of cases, including assisting in the management of client relationships, case review, analysis, preparation, and filing of applications and petitions.

You’ll handle high-quality, meaningful cases with the autonomy of independent practice—without the risk or grind of going solo. You’ll lead case preparation, manage client communications, and drive results across a high volume of U.S. immigration cases.

The Temporary/Remote Supervising Attorney will represent noncitizens on complex immigration matters, supervise attorneys, conduct performance evaluations, and demonstrate a commitment to anti-oppression work. Responsibilities include client representation, attorney supervision, performance evaluations, and practice leadership.

As an EOIR Case Attorney, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the legal team with the management and oversight of removal defense cases before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR). This position ensures that EOIR cases progress efficiently through the system by coordinating legal strategy, case timelines, client communication, filings, and hearing preparation.
